When I fetch the cvs head tar file for bwidget from the activestate ftp site, I understand why I need to run an autoconf to create the configure. But shouldn't bwidget include the config directory, with the tcl.m4, install-sh, and mkinstalldirs scripts in them, if it requires them to build the configure script and to install the code? =20 Now, in cases like this, I normally get the files that are missing from the sample directory tree, since it represents the latest TEA file structure. However, bwidget requires mkinstalldirs, which is not in sample. Sure, I can get it from one of the other extensions. But if it isn't a requirement of TEA, does this represent a "bug" that I should report on bwidget? =20 Just curious. Thanks! =20 --=20 Even if explicitly stated to the contrary, nothing in this posting should be construed as representing my employer's opinions. =20 |
