I think we should make an initial release, and make it 1.0.
Perhaps it does not have all the goodies we would like, but the
present state of being in CVS only is very unsatisfactory.

If people can download it and use it as easily as Tcllib, then
we will see more requests, bug reports and so on (at the very
least we will see more users).
