One of the benefits of including tablelist in tklib, even though tklib
did not have an initial official release yet, would be the inclusion in
the ActiveTcl and AquaBI distros, which bundle a snapshot of tklib.

So i think a similar model to SNIT in tcllib is the way to go, putting a
version into tklib but keeping it as a separate package for those how
are happy with a separate package.
