Working on the 0.8 release of Tklib a release candidate is now available at:

The release work happens on the

branch of the
[tklib](https://core.tcl-lang.org/tklib)
repository.

While work was done to make Tklib compatible with Tcl 9 the recently released
migration checker was not applied yet.
