[Tcllib-devel] Review process for tklib patches

Hi tcllib-devel,

I have submitted a patch to tcllib some time ago and never heard 
anything back. Is there a specific process that I should follow for 
this?

The patch in question is:

It adds support to set tooltips on column header in a ttk::TreeView. 
There are a couple of other tooltips related patch currently submitted, 
but none about setting a tooltip in the header, as far as I can tell.

Let me know if this can be merged at some point,
