Ouch, yes, I confirm that the diff is exactly due to a patch we apply to 
build warning-free. I didn't notice it from the huge test logs, but it 
clearly shows from your processed output. So sorry for the noise.

We do in fact apply a few patches to tcllib. I hope I'll be able to go 
through them one day and figure out which pieces we can safely do
