[Tcllib-devel] How frequently do the htmlized tcllib docs get updated?

I was wondering - I notice that tcllib 1.1 has several new modules .  However,
when I tried to access, for instance, the htmlized version of doc for the
comm module I didn't find it.

Is there some automated process that generates them and it just hasn't gone
off yet?
