Is your script more of an application, or more of a package which can
be sourced by other packages and applications ?

Depending on the answer it may be something for either tclapps or tcllib.

Tcllib and TclApps ?
- How do you envision future maintenance to occur should it be added
to either Tcllib or TclApps ?
