[Tcllib-devel] Ticket system updates...

Using
    fossil ticket list fields
    fossil ticket list reports
    fossil ticket show 1 | grep -v ....
and the attached "fclosenah" script (using "fossil tocket change ...")

I have now updated all the ticket databases for Tcllib and its
siblings, i.e. deleted (*) all the tickets which did not fit with each
repository.

Each repository should now only have relevant tickets visible, except
in the 'All Tickets' report, showing everything, including deleted
tickets.

(*) Set the state to 'Deleted'. There is no actual deletion going on in Fossil.
