now have a fossil-based ticket system based on the last snapshot (*)
obtained from the SF trackers before their conversion to Allura
sometime yesterday.

I will manually convert some changes which occured in SF after that time.

Please treat the ticket systems at the above urls as the official one now.

Note: At SF all the projects shared the trackers. Above each have
their own ticket system. For ease of conversion I seeded them all with
a full copy of the original trackers without trying to separate the
tickets by project.
