As I find time in the next days. I should note that I hope to actually
put a copy of the HTML into the fossil repository of Tcllib itself,
and make it directly available at

   https://core.tcl.tk/tcllib/home

I.e. use fossil's ability for embedded documentation. If that works
out the http://tcllib.sourceforge.net/doc/  may change to become a
simple forward to the new location.

And thanks for reminding me of this doc location.
