[Tcllib-devel] Tcllib 1.15 Release Work

I have started to work on the Tcllib 1.15 release.

Today I ran the full test-suite against current branch heads of Tcl
8.4, 8.5, and 8.6 (Linux all), fixing any issues found (not that
many), and also went through and fixed a number of bug reports today,
new and old(er). See the timeline at

Also thanks to Roy Keene for updating PKI to 0.6.

If there are important bug reports we should fix before release please
bump them up to priority 9 to make them properly visible, or, if they
are already at that priority bump them via comment. I am aware of the
IRC/EOF issue.

To all developers, you are asked to check through the bugs assigned to
yourself to see if there are any you can/should fix.
