The easiest might be to go to the trackers for tcllib/tklib at [1] and file a 
feature request with the code either attached to the request, or with a link to 
the code in the request.

Or, alternatively, to post (a link to) the code here.
A link should be ok, an attachment might be stripped off by SF.
