[Tcllib-devel] Tcllib 1.14 Release Candidate 1

I have created a 2nd release candidate for the upcoming Tcllib 1.14 release 
and put
it up on Sourceforge, appropriately labeled.

When the actual release is made next week any RC's will be removed.

Anybody with time please give it a whirl (install, run tests, read docs, etc.)

Anybody with fixes for still open bugs, please add them to the bug, or, if you 
are a maintainer for Tcllib, fix it directly, and commit (after proper 
testing).
