[Tcllib-devel] BWidget 1.9.5 release

I have made a BWidget 1.9.5 release. The release notes and announcements
will follow on monday.

So please grab the file distribution at the usual tcllib place.

My purpose to do this quickly was:
- some good bug fixes included
- ActiveTCL will be pushed out so lets get it eventually in
