This happens since the Sourceforge "breakdown" some months ago.
Errors are reported when committing about "mail not found etc" and you
explained, that this is due to the "half-unsupported" state of csv at
sourceforge.

No, it was the breakdown.

I fear it was my fault.
I always get messages due to bug tracker actions twice.
I suppose this is because:
- I am the default person
- I have registered to tcllib-bugs
