[Tcllib-devel] Release 1.13 - RC1 is up.

I have put a release candidate, RC 1, for tcllib 1.13 up on SourceForge.

Anybody having the time please retrieve this RC and test. If no major 
obstacles occur I plan to officially release 1.13 the upcoming Sunday, January 
23, 2011.

Known issue: The test math-fuzzy-ManyCompares-1.1 fails. This is purely a 
testsuite issue, as far as I am aware.

I ran the full testsuite on a linux-glibc2.5-ix86 box against Tcl 8.4, 8.5, 
and 8.6 branch heads, all as of yesterday 11pm PST.
