Hello,
It seems that mail attachements are generally removed by the SF mail 
distribution system.
The TEPAM documentation is of course also part of the TEPAM module that 
has been checked into the repository. You have to generate yourself the 
documentation from the Doctools format into your preferred format. Sorry 
for the inconvenience!
