You believe 'calendar' should be removed completely ?

Well, first step would be to remove the references from the installer ...

	% grep calendar support/installation/modules.tcl 
	Exclude calendar
	Module  calendar     _tci _man  _null

second step then to 'cvs remove' the files in the modules/calendar
directory.
