'rest' is brand new and (I presume) Aaron is still working on it.

'calendar' was sort of a rough draft of the 8.5 [clock] functionality
and is no longer relevant (a fully-8.5-compatible [clock] that loads
into 8.4 is available at SourceForge). I've just never figured out how
to get rid of it cleanly.

I don't know about 'imap4'.
