[Tcllib-devel] tklib and tcllib examples directories

The README file in tcllib and tklib both say:

  There is currently one true action for examples, _exa. It copies all
  files in the source directory for examples into the directory chosen
  by the user as destination for examples.

Is that making a reference to actions taken by the release
coordinator? Because I don't see a Makefile target or configure option
that would allow a user to choose a destination for examples...
