Hello Andreas,

I have finished the work on the features that Dave wanted for the
timecharts (and the Gantt charts). I have set the version to 1.6.1.
As far as I am concerned, you can release this version (although
I saw mention of an error in one of the demo scripts that I want
to look at).

I do want to implement/incorporate several more enhancements, but
they are less critical.
