These error signify known bugs in the stringprep packages, according to what
Pat Thoyts told me.
We should label them as such in the testsuite.

Side note: I have a bug on my plate that the critcl accelerators still
produce a large amount of testsuite errors, so I guess that you ran the
testsuite without to be nearly error-free.
