#64 Enhance parseaddress to cope with spaces

Bug 519594 noted that parseaddress can't cope with spaces. The bug was closed with a note
that parseaddress does what it was designed to do: parse address lists in well-formed SMTP
headers. It would be very helpful if parseaddress was enhanced (or supplimented by another
function) so user-ended addresses in e-mail clients could be parsed effectively. The original bug
has some examples.

    i don't mind fixing bugs, but this is a feature request
    without any clear set of requirements...someone else needs
    to worry about it.
