#888 struct man name inconsistencies

It is confusing for some of the man pages, on Unix anyways, to be installed with a ''struct_'' prefix and the others not. It would be useful to at least install a linked version of the pages to all have the same prefix. If developers feel strongly about also having the man pages installed without the prefix, that is fine.

Historical note: The pages which have a struct_ prefix are the pages whose names without the prefix clash with manpages of either the core, or previously existing packages.

I agree regarding the confusion. Given the clashes I noted I would propose to simply go forward with all manpages in the module having the 'struct_' prefix to eliminate the confusion.
