#419 ftp::NList error when directory empty

When executing ftp::NList on an empty directory
follwing error message appears
"error error | E: Error getting directory listing!"

The manual says:
This command has the same behavior as the ::ftp::List
command, ...

Ths ftp::List command does not show an error on emty
dirs ...

This a non-blocking message ...

I believe that this bug is fixed in CVS Head and the released
Tcllib 1.6. I applied a patch by Gerald Lester and in the q&a
about the various part there was one chunk to fix such an
error. Please try tcllib 1.6.

I retract this. I confused the ftp with the ftpd package.
