#287 widget: digraph.tcl needs TIP 44 update

Doesn't seem to be a Category for
the "widget" directory of the tcllib
project repository.

Anyhow the file

cvsroot/tcllib/widget/library/digraph.tcl

calls internal Tk commands by their
pre-Tk-8.4 names. This code needs
an update to work with Tk 8.4.

Jeff, this seems to be your domain. IIRC you have some code
called 'widget'.
