#23 mclistbox snapshot does not build

after downloading the mclistbox nightly snapshot from
scriptics ftp site, an attempt to configure it
the first time results in:
creating cache ./config.cache
configure: error: can not find install-sh or install.sh
in config /vol/tclsrcsol
/tcl84/mclistbox/config
make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found.
Stop.

Either the code should come with instructions for
installation or with the files it needs.

Will this code be integrated into tklib? That
would probably be better than spending a lot of time on
a stand alone distribution.

This bug was assigned to me, but I'm not responsible for adding
mclistbox to sourceforge. Someobody else did that and added
the configure script. I don't even know if that version is
the same as the
version I maintain (though it probably is, as I haven't
fixed any bugs
in mclistbox in ages).

There has been a tiny bit of interest in putting this in
tklib, but I
don't have the time to do it right now. I guess we should ping
whomever put the code in tcllib originally.
