When I start hpupdate 2.0, it displays the local set of
files, with highliting to show which ones have changed
since the last upload.
If I then select File / Connect , the remote directory
is read, parsed, and displayed and the local info is
'refreshed'. This means that any changes the user
might have made in terms of selecting what s/he wished
to upload is now gone.
Also, once an upload is done, hpupdate does a
disconnect (the not connected icon appears) but the
File menu isn't updated to display Connect instead of
Disconnect.
Finally, the upload process appears to not do the cd's
necessary so that the uploaded files appear in the
appropriate directories. Instead, all files, including
ones from subdirectories, go into the top level
directory, clobbering any files by the same name that
are present there.

Larry,
Can you tell me which parts of this bug report are against
the ftp module of tcllib as opposed to hpupdate?
That way I can go hunt down and kill the offending bug(s).
