It is a Tcl Blend one. There is a class cache in Tcl Blend that
would need to get flushed to reload .class files.

Not really. Some design work would be needed to fix this
problem. It would not really be that hard, someone would
just need to do it. If you are interested in doing this
work, I could help you get started.
