It won't. Jacl is Java to Java (as in pure Java). TclBlend allows you to call Java objects from Tcl (C-Code). (E.g. In TclBlend you write package require java which would let you use [java::load -classpath . MyExtInJava]) In Java you can also use TclBlend the other way around. Check the TclBlend.java sample in the distro. If you need Tcl with C-extensions from Java, you'd'use TclBlend. But if you are on Windows, good luck.
