I just added the Derby jars to the system classpath.  I am debugging the
TclBlend scripts in Eclipse 3.2 using the DLTK plugin and since Eclipse does
not pick up system variables I thought I would have to set them inside the
IDE.  As it happens Blend picks up the system Classpath from inside Eclipse.
