[tcljava-user] building with gcc 4.1?

It seems as though after I compile tcl, tclblend, and install jdk 1.5 on
a SuSE 10.1 box it has problems.  During "package require java" I get a
hot spot error.  The only thing that I can think of that is "special"
about SuSE 10.1 is that it uses gcc 4.1. 

Has anyone attempted using gcc 4.1 to build tcl and tclblend?  Did it work?
