[tcljava-user] JACL and 8.4 Tcl Support

Folks:
I recently started off working on the regexp commands of 8.4 version of =
TCL release - using all the different switches which absolutely solves =
all my use case needs.  Now I turn around and try to use the JACL to =
call these scripts of mine - they dont work.  The part I came to know is =
that JACL only supports 8.0.0 - which has a really primitive form of =
regexp command.  Can any of you tell me how to get around this problem?
The switches that I am using are -lineanchor, -all, -nocase etc.
