[tcljava-user] Windows XP - exec error.

Any known issues with "exec" from JACL.  I am assuming it's supported. 

WSAdmin(IBM JACL implementation) generates ntvdm.exe error on Windows XP 
and Windows 2000.

wsadmin>exec pwd

generates:

ntvdm.exe - Error while setting up environment for the application.
