[tcljava-user] TclJava config problem

I downloaded tcljava from the nightly-cvs tar files at ftp.scriptics.com .
I'm confused about building this though.  The readme.jacl says that I
need to cd into the unix directory.  I do that and the readme there says
to do ./configure .

There is no configure in that directory.

Is there something missing from the nightly cvs tar files?
