[tcljava-dev] Tcl Blend 1.4.0 binary for Win32 available for testing

Hello

A new binary release that combines Tcl, Thread, Tk, Tcl Blend, and Sun's 
JDK 1.4
is now available for testing. This binary is for Win32 systems and 
should just work
"out of the box" with no compilation.
