[tcljava-dev] I have a patch (which only works with Java 1.5) which will yield full env() access to env variables

I have a patch, but it only works with Java 1.5 which lets env() get all 
the environment variables.

Is this something I can get into CVS?
I could make a patch for the makefile/autoconf to substitute a 1.4 or 
1.5 version depending on which java you are using.
