An official 1.3.0 release would be excellent (and thanks Mo for the work on
the new IO!).
I would like to check and see if the new version of SWANK works without any
changes needed in Jacl.  I'll try to check it tonight.

Yes, we've been using an "unofficial" 1.3.0 version. Its definitely a 
good time for an official release.
