Note, that questions like this better go to tcljava-user.

Without using your attachments :-), I would guess that you better should use
java::new instead of java::load, since you don't want to load an extension
but create a simple object. And you should specify an additional argument
(like "java::new MyClassName {Value Of Mandatory Argument}"), if your class
lacks of a parameterless constructor.
