[tcljava-dev] Fconfigure

Hi All,

I just added the ability to read and write binary data (activating
fconfigure's binary argument, adding a read and write binary (to & from
TclByteArray objects)  to Channel, FileChannel and StdChannel).  Before I
did any more work on this I wanted to make sure no one else is currently
working on it ( I need to get this working quickly for my own use).  If not
I may plug away at some of the other fconfigure modes.
