[Tclhttpd-users] tclhttpd now in Fedora Extras

After many months of delay, tclhttpd is now part of the Fedora Extras
software repository.  This means that anyone running Fedora Core 3 or 4
can install tclhttpd with one command:

yum install tclhttpd

This version is based on the released tclhttpd 3.5.1 sources with some
minor patches to fudge the installed file structure into something that
Fedora could accept.
