#7 Clean up of the files, doc and directories

Files and directories are a little messy. For example :
doc
htdocs
htdocs2

htdocs2 is clearly a test directory that has nothing to do
in the distribution as access.zip. The documentation
should be put in htdocs. By the way, there are new
documentations in the patch area (some useful man
pages). Where is it in the cvs tree ?
