#17 Returning data in a channel

Tclhttpd has the ability to send files using [fcopy],
but in some scenarios it is more flexible to provide a
Tcl channel instead of an actual file name.

Attached is the code that allows this. It has been
tested for both without size and with size with the
latest anon CVS.
