#4 Allow filtering based on text or fields

one suggestion/request/question - the csv files have really long lines, but the second field is the key value - often within the first 20 chars. When scanning for specific key values it would be nice to have a way to say "if the first 20 chars doesn't contain ",$key," then don't both parsing.
