Using "itemconfigure" or "itemcget" to display an item's options will cause a crash if "-strokedasharray"
has been set to a value other than NULL.

Example:

% .c create pline 0 0 100 100
% .c itemconfigure 1 -strokedashrarray {2 2}
% .c itemconfigure 1
Segmentation Fault (core dumped)

The problem seems to be within the "Tk_PathDashOptionGetProc()" function in "tkPathStyle.c".
