Firstly, I'm doing this, because I create command line utilities in C++ (and now C#) and like to have a common interface to them. This provides that frame work.

It's in the early stage of conversion. I'm using generics, but there is some translation from templates that I'm working through. The next two weeks I expect to have the first builds up.
