Repository Move

I decided to move from subversion to mercurial. It is just more comfortable to have a local repository. Technically, it was very easy: (1) enable mercurial, (2) create a local clone, (3) run hg convert --datesort https://tcl2doxy.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/tcl2doxy tcl2doxy, (4) run hg push, (5) disable subversion. Well, I also did some backup before. And I need to enable my build tools to call hg instead of svn.

Maybe the branch does not start at the right position. I am not sure why. Probably I did not branch correctly in the first place.
