#637 gets and eof-fblocked documentation

I think, the behavior of these commands / the result of "gets" if end of file occures are not too obvious.
Or some new examples can be helpful to understand these cases.
(E.g. in non blocking mode, how can we read the whole and exact content of a file with arbitrary content?)
