Your feedback on the last batch of commits would be welcome.  A lot of work has gone into fixing many issues.  I think it surpasses Carbon now.

I checked out your code last week. You have definitely made lots
progress with this. The fonts and appearance are  generally great, but
i still notice much  more anomalies than carbon. Maybe i will find
time to examine/report them. Panedwindows are the main offender, but
this causes problems for all OS X wish i think. Running my monster
app, performance was quite acceptable.

Re my unsubscribe request - It appears the problem is I am not
receiving any unsubscribe confirmation emails.
